How it works
Callers will be greeted and guided by a series of automated prompts to access the different branches of menus depending on their needs and the information provided by the company. Caller will be prompted to press a button corresponding to the menu of their choice. The informational message will be played for the caller to hear. Messages can be about company products, company promotions, answers to common questions, or current news relating to the company or staff. Because the technology is automated, callers call select as many options as they need until there quest for information has been satisfied.
