How It Works

Busy professionals who spend a lot of time making calls can now ‘set them and forget them’ with the Live Call Scheduling feature. Extension holders can enter the call schedule into the system. At the designated start time, the system will automatically dial the extension holder and alert them to the scheduled call. Employees also have the option to be reminded 10 minutes prior to the scheduled call time. When the system prompt is received by the extension holder, they can choose to accept the prompt or defer it. If the employee chooses to proceed with the call, the system will automatically dial the designated number. If the employee chooses to defer the prompt, the scheduled call will be cancelled.
