An automated attendant will greet each caller with a customized message, created by your staff. Callers will listen to the message you provide and have the option to leave a voice mail message. If the caller opts to leave a message, the automated attendant will direct the call to the company’s voice mail box. Company employees can access the voice mail messages at any time to retrieve the information at any time during non-business and regular business hours.
